TFD 2026 Graduate Scheme
At TFD we’re keen to support the next generation of communications talent and to give graduates an introduction to the industry and how they can make their mark. We are therefore excited to announce that applications for our 2026 Graduate Scheme are now open.
As a graduate at TFD, you will bring:
- A degree in a relevant field e.g. Marketing, English, Technology or Science
- A passion for all things technology
- Critical thinking, curiosity, and a willingness to learn
- A desire to tell stories about the ways technology is changing the world.
As a graduate at TFD, you will do some or all of the following:
- PR content development and planning
- Writing/researching press releases and media pitches
- Building media lists and identifying editorial and rapid response opportunities
- Tracking media coverage and social media engagement
- Creating client reports
- Monitoring social media channels
- Social media content calendar management
- Using CMS to update websites
- Digital marketing including SEO / GEO.
Location
The Department Store Studios, Brixton, London.
We offer flexible working hours but you will be required to be in the London office 4 days a week for the best opportunities to learn.
Benefits
This is a full-time role, for 6 months, with the potential for a permanent role after successful completion of the programme. The salary for this role is £23,000.
You will work under a manager who will mentor and coach you and manage your progression through a structured 6-month training and development programme

The application process
Applications will be reviewed in line with the overview above and successful candidates will be invited for interviews with the TFD team, online initially and then in-person if you progress to later stages. You will also be asked to complete a short task in advance of the interview.
The closing date for applications is 16th July, and the position will start in mid-September.
