Bridge The Gap: Community Festival

Bringing together Camden’s residents to promote community harmony

A project led by Camden Mayor Lazzaro Pietragnoli (2014-2015), Bridge the Gap aimed to break down common barriers between the boroughs residents, such as race and religion. We were brought on board to manage a one-day festival to celebrate Camden’s diversity.

Think:                we secured Camden Lock as the festival venue, as well as lining up performers spanning various cultures, religions and backgrounds
Feel:           a targeted strategy was used to attract local and London-wide media. We designed event branding, a new website and social media strategy to reach the right audience
Do:           500,000+ media impressions resulting from a London Live presence throughout, as well as featuring on BBC Radio London

Bridge the Gap was attended by approx. 2,000 people throughout the day, with a strong positive buzz created around this new festival.
